Charged extra $100 for "sedation" that was completely uncovered by insurance although this was a medication I bought from the pharmacy and administered to my child before the visit. There was no sedation, this only calmed him before the visit, he was completely consious during the treatment. Also after a cleaning he was refused a "prize" because according to the office manager" those are only for children who are receiving a treatment", i.e. rewarding those who are getting a filling for a cavitiy. My son was devastated as other children in the office were playing with their prizes. Customer service goes a long way, especially when dealing with children. The dentist is very kind as well as the hygeniest but the office staff is horrible. We are never going back!
