Dr. Smith is great, very sensitive to pain issues and a very calming bedside manner. He also offers DVD movies via VR glasses during extended procedures which make the time fly by.
There were some discrepancies between what I was told my out-of-pocket expense was going to be and what my insurance company was going to cover than what showed on on my bill a week later. But my real beef was with his office manager who refused to explain the difference and was a little too aggressive in the sending of statements and 'reminder' notices. I received my first statement on a Thursday for the balance due and on Monday of the next week I received a 'we haven't heard from you in a while regarding you balance, please make full payment now to avoid be turned over for collections' - a full 12 days before my statement's due date.
