Dr. Wank performed a root canal and cap on my tooth. The day after he put the cap on it came off and I was in his office to glue it on. In fact, thereafter, I was in his office several times to re-glue it. I went to another dentist several times to re-glue it, but it would not stay on. The reason it would not stay on is because Dr. Wank sized my tooth down to nothing and therefore the cap had nothing to grip on. I eventually swallowed the cap that fell off when I was eating. I then had to go to two (2) dentists, an endodontist who had to remove the post and a dentist who had to do crown lengthening and make me another crown.
Crowns should last fifty (50) years if they are done probably. Dr. Wank refuses to pay for the redo of this crown. I should not have to pay twice for the same procedure because he failed to do a good job.
