My wife called and set up appointments for both of us to get a cleaning. When we arrived we spent over two hours there and left with several thousand dollars worth of estimates on work that needed to be done. Due to the extreme wait and no cleaning I was less than impressed. My wife covinced me it was an off day and that we go ahead and get the work done. She set up the first of many appointments to start the work on our teeth. When I sat down in the chair - Chris says "so your here for two fillings". I replied that I was there for the deep cleaning and two cavities as suggested on the paperwork for the first visit. He then tells me that my wife must have screwed up when scheduling. He even suggest we call her to get to the bottom of it. Now, I was frustrated and told him about my first experience (I didn't tell him at the first appointment how dissapointed we were with not getting a cleaning and spending over two hours in " the chair"). He was defensive, rude and condescending. I do not recommend Christopher Padilla, and in fact I would suggest you choose a different dentist. Another strange thing that was a red flag was when my wife called to set up the appointment - it went to his cell phone and he replied call back Tuesday
