My family has used Dr McConnell and his superb staff since we have lived in Plano. Dr McConnell did numerous crowns including my front teeth. His work is always excellent quality and he always gives me a number of options on which procedures I can pick and the relative cost and risks for each. Recently he came in on a Saturday to perform an emergency procedure on one of my front teeth. The issue was challenging, but he corrected it quickly and elegantly. The entire staff at Legacy Dental is impeccable - the best I have ever encountered, from the hygienist Lajonna to Tracy the chairside assistant to Raida the administrative expert. I could not be more impressed with the professionism, courtesy and warmth of this entire dental office.

About Hygienist: Lajonna is extremely professional and knowledgeable. Like all of Dr McConnell's staff, she explains everything she is doing in clear detail and is a great complement to Dr McConnell's treatment strategies.
