His treatment is a complete failure and here are the details on his awful treatment:
He put 6 veneers on my upper tooth a few years ago; the injection was injected improperly that gave my entire mouth and face terrible swelling and pain. A year later, one of the veneers came off and he refused to fix it. We went to another dentist and paid $1350 to get that replaced. A few months later, another veneer came off and we had to replace it because it came off and got damaged while eating food.
Last night I was eating noodles and felt something in my mouth; it was another veneer that came off and got damaged. I have appointment with another dentist to get it replaced which will cost me $1500 to replace.
This facility also fraudulently billed my insurance company.
