I hadn't been to a dentist in a long time. I spent months trying to find a good dentist and thought I had found one. I had a really bad toothache combined with dental phobia. I told them this, but appartently it didn't matter? The receptionist was rude. The dental assistant made the comment that I have nothing to be worried about if I still had all my teeth. Clearly she knew I was coming in for a bad tooth, why make that ridiculous statement. If I wasn't in so much pain, I would have left. Then the dentist comes in, looks over my paper work, lectures me, then didn't even listen to my concerns. I ended up paying $700 after the extraction due to her doing a bone graft. I would have said no if they told me my insurance didn't cover it.
I would not recommend her if you have dental phobia like myself. I guess she would be OK for general fillings? I didn't meet the hygienist.
