My experience w/De Shaffren was a complete failure. He was supposed to put in a fixed bridge in front of my mouth but did not complete the work. He charged me $5000 and the dental plan $4500 and refused to return my money. I am still in the process of trying to retrieve my money. He is a dishonest and uncaring dentist. My last review has been erased from someone and I will try to find out who. I am going to call Consumer Affairs.
