Horrible experience from start to beginning. My wife called to make appointment with Lynn to have my teeth cleaned, but she couldn't get me in before a month. I called them back and Lynn was very rude and try to be smart, saying that I already went over your days off list and that she doesn't have any availability.
I said ok may be she was having a bad day and this is just the receptionist .
When you come to the office, there are 3 buildings, you can't see Dr's Rosrison name on any sign or anyplace to guide you to her office.
I had to go to three buildings to find her office.
When I came in , I recognized her from her rudeness . I said Hi, she didn't answer and said you must be David.
I filled the form quickly and was taken to the back with Tiffany. Tiffany was very courteous and nice. I was overwhelmed though with the so many X-rays that were taken. I didn't feel comfortable having all these x-rays. It took her about an hour to do all that and for Dr Rorison to discuss the condition of my teeth.
I was overwhelmed with 6 crowns, 2 wisdom teeth to be extracted and deep cleaning that needs to be done. All what I needed is to clean my teeth and go on my way.
Tiffany and Dr Rorison said that Lynn will give me an estimate of the work to be done.
Tiffany also said that she will start working on the deep cleaning and get the half work done today and the rest later.
I said ok that's fine. I go outside and I was surprised that Lynn said that "NO" to Tiffany , that she can;t do any more work with me today as her next patient is here already.
They are disorganized , in over their heads and very rude especially Lynn.
Lynn is your typical of rude person, very short and a smart ass.
I liked Dr Rorison, but she needs to get rid of people like these that will cause her to lose her business. As it is for me I will never step a foot inside that office , neither me or my wife!!!
Horrible Horrible Horrible experience that I had today, Run for your life.
