Dr. Pruss is lovely. She and the staff of the practice quickly relieved my anxiety when I arrived, and my root canal was painless, quick, and efficient. Everyone, from receptionists to assistants were welcoming, knowledgable, and professional. The offices are sparkling clean and nicely appointed. Some reviews of this practice say they're expensive, but with insurance, my bill seemed very reasonable for the level of service I received. I'm assuming the treatment was a success, but I hedged in my rating as it has only been twenty-four hours. Of course, I'm already pain-free, so I'm guessing it went well.
Also, I've never experienced such a comfortable chair.
