I was a patient of Dr. Katie Talmo's father and when I returned to the Boston area, she was highly recommended, had been first in her class, etc etc. My children and I have seen her and we have been very pleased. She is relaxed and calm, yet very decisive and smart. She has time for my questions and I never feel rushed. She has a perfect demeanor for my young kids. I started seeing her when I lived out of state and would take my children (and myself) to see her when we visited family in Boston. I have since moved to a Boston suburb, but even though I live about 30 minutes away from her office, my children and I have continued to see her. Her office is really nice and spacious, too, and her staff has always been pleasant and responsive to my questions, following up when necessary.

About Front Desk: Very good, though about 2 years ago, there was a gap in personnel and no staff. I would have to leave a vm. Now, there is someone at the phone all the time, which is much better.
