Dr. Sullivan is EXCELLENT! I went to my general dentist yesterday and found out that I needed a root canal. My situation was very unique and required a specialist. I called my insurance company to find out which endodontist accepted my insurance plan. I ended up calling 16 different people since this was my first time needing a specialist for anything. Dr. Sullivan was the last person I called, and the receptionist were so friendly that I felt "at home" when I spoke to them. I had to get a root canal done along with stitching (due to my unique situation). I did not feel any pain during the procedure..in fact, I think I almost fell asleep because I kept my eyes shut (I get nervous) and Dr. Sullivan was very gentle with my tooth. I am terrified of needles, so when they numbed my gums, one of the employees let me hold their hand. This office goes out of their way to make sure you feel comfortable and at ease. I also accidentally paid more than I was suppose to, and his office called me immediately to make sure I got my money back. The entire office is excellent! I wish they had a general practice for cleaning teeth! If I or a family member ever need a root canal, we are definitely going to Dr. Sullivan!
