Dr. Northcott is unprofessional and her business practices
have serious ethical concern. Her care is rushed, scattered,
and it felt like he was working on a car, not a human or in
someone's mouth...like he was changing a spark plug
Her rough and shoddy style reminded me of a mechanic attempting to get a h
ubcap of a tire in haste, not a dental professional implementing
an implant. If you are pain sensitive, I would also suggest
finding another doctor. This "doctor" was more concerned
about making is 12 o'clock lunch plans than checking to see
if the numbing agent was in force. When I verbally informed her
that I could feel everything and it hurt, again, her attention was
to look at the clock to see the time and then hastily
re-administer the agent as she sighed and quickly
attempted to continue her work without asking me if I
was numb in complete.
In her haste, as she disengaged the dental probe,
it ripped my lip open to where I was bleeding. Buyer beware.
You also need to be fully warned about her billing and post
implant exams. I would suggest getting everything in writing.
Everything.
