I recently had a surprise dental visit at the Lisle Dental Center and I wanted to convey my thanks to Dr. Bhushan and her professional staff and for the great care that I received in my "emergency" situation. My great experience started with my initial call- they ended up getting me in within hours (they did have a cancellation which did help) but I remember thinking " boy why don't Dr's offices treat you so courteously". Once in the office the team found that I had an abscess and ultimately found my tooth was cracked and the infection required that it come out quickly. It should be noted that in fact I am a Dentist chicken- but I was calmly lead through the scenarios and I decided to go ahead and have the tooth removed -the Dr. was even able to do a little bone grafting for my future post. It was actually painless and I was able to catch up on the Olympics (while in the chair) and hear some classical music with headphones - very calming- during the actual extraction. While I would not recommend tooth removals & abscesses in general - if you need dental work done please consider this highly trained and enjoyable group of Dr. Bhushan and her team! I may even start regular checkups....
