Great endodontist, knows his stuff, is personable, takes great care to ensure the procedure is painless. One good office staff member (Katie) one pretty bad - gruff, poor communicator, failed to greet me or speak to me as she got me ready for the procedure. Didn't explain the insurance process well - left me with questions she couldn't answer and didn't seem to care.
But the doctor is great - 4 root canals and they have all been very sucessful with little pain and no complications.
