out of 5 starsAbout Front Desk: The front desk staff at his office was terrible. They were very hard to work with. I had the extraction done and then had to wait several weeks for it to heal. I went back in for them to make sure it was ready for the implant. They told me it was ready, but instead of scheduling it for me right then they told me to go home and wait for a paper to come in the mail. After 2 weeks I didn't receive anything so I called in and just said I would like to schedule my appointment and they told me that I needed to wait on the paper in the mail. The office manager forgot to send it, but tried to play it off like that wasn't what happened. I waited another 4 days for it to finally get there. When it did they wanted to charge me everything up front. They said if insurance decides to pay then I could get reimbursed. I called and pressed the extension for billing. The girl I talked to claimed that only person who can answer my question was out of the office for another week. Just to point out this was a girl in the BILLING department. What office does that? Then I called and left a message, but no return phone call was received. I just decided to go with another oral surgeon. First time I call they were super friendly and said they would not charge me up front like that. They even waved the consultation fee for me. This office could be much better if they cleaned out their front desk staff, but I guess if they want to lose out on 3500 dollars that is fine by me!
