I had a good sized filling fall out a couple times, so I visited a dentist, but that dentist just started down the path of a crown and strong potential for a root canal without any investigative work to see if that was necessary. I had re-inserted the filling so it was still intact. I did not feel comfortable since I had no pain, that grinding down the tooth or performing a root canal was really necessary. So, I started my search again for a dentist. After reading reviews on YELP, Texas Dental and all of the staff appeared to be highly recommended. So I thought I would give them a try. Dr. Yahzari did not just say; "You need a crown". Instead, she actually removed the filling, and took a serious look at the tooth and surrounding area, had Amanda take a quick x-ray with the filling out, and then made an informed decision that the filling could be re-cemented in. That made my day! There are just too many dentists taking short cuts, but not Dr. Yazhari. Thanks again for doing your homework, and treating with knowledge and not just jumping to conclusions.
