I was referred over to Dr. Reddy by a friend of mine who understands all about my fear of the dentist. Although I was skeptical at first (because of my previous dental experiences), I took her advice. I honestly could not be more satisfied with the treatment and professionalism from him and his staff members. They treated me like an individual, rather than just another patient. They took their time with me and gave me professional advice that I have never been given before now. I would highly recommend Dr. Reddy, his staff and the office as a whole to anybody. I cannot thank them enough for giving me the reassurance that with proper care and treatment that I could get my smile back. Dr. Reddy explained what he was doing every step of the way and because of that, my fears subsided. I felt great when he asked me throughout my treatment, how I was doing. This was by far, the best dental experience I have ever had!!

About Front Desk: The first time that I walked in to Arbor West Dental, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. After my initial cleaning, the office manager, came in to the room and explained my treatment plan as well as the financial responsibilty of my treatment. I was very pleased with her explanation and felt comfortable when I left a dentist office for once.

About Hygienist: The hygentist was great too. She also explained to me exactly what was being done. She talked to me throughout the process and gave me reassurance that I was doing great.
