I have been in and out of dentist offices since second gradedue to a broken front tooth. When I moved to Michigan I went to a certain dentist in Mason near my home and had horrible expierences,so bad that I needed Valium before being seen just to relax enough to let them work on me. Fast forward 25 years later I herd about this office through a reall good friend of mine and decided to try it out even though it was about a 45 min. drive. When I arrived they made me feel comfortable and like family immediately. All of the amazing ladies from the office manager to the assitants/Hygienist were so kind to me I had such a great expierience. I came back to get a new crown on my front tooth brought my mother and my son we are all so very please with Dr. Shariff's ability to do such a great job that I can finally smile again! No Valium needed!! I never thought I would get my smile back but I did and it was more than I expected it looked like it belonged in my mouth, like it was my original tooth. When I left I actually cried with my mom because I was so thankful and happy to find a great dentist with a team of ladies who give the best cutomer service. About Front Desk: Heather was very sweet and expained everything to me in detail regaurding the cost and my insurance coverage. She explain all the payment plan options and she always gets me in for appointments with minimal waiting. Angie the assitant is very knowledgable and makes you laugh and relax, I felt so comfortable with her.

About Hygienist: April is very thorough, she explained each step of the cleaning and my teeth felt so clean after my appointment. She didnt rush and she has a great personality.

Hygiene time: 60
