My experience at MAO in Huntersville was a phenomenal one, hence the reason I'm sharing. I don't usually write reviews for services I receive, but this one stood out so much that I felt inclined.
It all started when I was approaching my wedding date in 2013. I had a gap between my front teeth and felt a little insecure about it. I also knew that I grind my teeth at night as my dentist consistently warned me about taking precautions. Otherwise, I'd have lots of fake teeth in my mouth before I even turn 40.
I had braces as a kid and had great results. Like everyone else, failed to wear my retainer and found my teeth going back to their original position in my early twenties. I lived with the insecurity for 10+ yrs before I decided to take the plunge at 35...and let me tell you, it was worth it.
I went in for a consult and immediately knew I was in for a good experience. The staff treated me as if I had known them for years and walked me through the treatment process until I felt comfortable. Over the 3 years for my treatment, I felt like I joined another family. From the greeting at the front desk, to the techs while in the chairs, to the time with Dr Marc, I can honestly say that it was a fun process that I looked forward to every appointment. I'm not saying that treatment was all puppy dogs and ice cream, it wasn't. There were a few times I had wires sticking into my gums and soreness from a rough appointment, but not once did I feel uneasy about the treatment, process, or especially the people!
So, overall, phenomenal results, super friendly and attentive staff, and one heck of a creative leader making sure you, the patient, are being taken care of at each and every appointment.
