I have been Dr. Gerard's patient for over 17 years, but I have not seen anything like this. Since he changed his staff and hired young, unprofessional, impersonal front office staff , I would not recomend it anybody. They are very rude. I called to make an appointment for toothache and the front office girl told me that they do not have anything available until next week. later, when I made apopointment for Tuesday using their on-line system, they called me on Monday saying that it is not available and needed to be reschedule for Thursday. I asked her to give a message to the doctor and she was telling me off. Very, very rude!!!
