This dentist has lost my trust. I was assured my insurance, etc would be the same as the previous dentist who sold this practice. I found this not to be the case. I was quoted a price after my regular cleaning and was encouraged to add on a few services. I inquired about the price and agreed to pay that amount after the office manager called my insurance company to verify the cost. A few months after my procedure I was sent a bill because apparently I was dealing with an out-of-network dentist (though I was assured that nothing changed). I'm upset to owe additional money to The Frisco Dentist after already paying too much out of pocket for the little amount of work done. Beware of this practice and it's marketing strategies. I get the feeling that this practice is more about bringing in money than clients (as evidenced from follow-up calls to me about adding on services).
