the doctor was a quack and a thief. He did the entire procedure in 28 minutes. Tried charging me for 3 hours of anesthesia. When I asked for an itemized receipt the receptionist said the printer was broken. When I pulled out a piece of paper and pen and said explain it she got nervous started explaining the doctor over heard and said I don't want u as a patient if your going to question my work get out. With no escort Bc they told me 3 hours for procedure. Moral of the story is the bill was suppose to be 468 for my copay they were charging me a copay of 1700. Thank god I was not too out of it to think something was wrong.. I called another oral surgeon who said that 28 minutes is unheard of the stitching alone should have taken 20 minutes. The office was outdated and dirty. one nurse was reading a newspaper on top of a rolling tray with instruments she had just taken out of sterile bags.
