About Front Desk: I called to cancel an appt. I was home sick with the flu and I was very sick. (I was ultimately out of work for five days). When I explained the problem, the receptionist yelled at me and told me that I had to come in. "We see sick people all the time". This was extremely rude and also my first experience with this office. I reluctantly went to the cleaning appt though I was very sick and weak. I drove almost an hour each way to get there. retrospectively I should have stayed home and never returned.
