very disappointed with results of dental care at this facility. Office staff , billing department very unreasonable to interface with. The dentist ordered a Snap On Smile fixture to replace missing teeth. It was of inferior quality and not made to properly. I refused device based upon poor quality and missing features that I had specifically requested. The dentist is claiming that I owe him money for the purchase of the device. I refuse to pay for the device for the reasons stated. They have already charged my insurance company for a considerable amount of money and in spite of the fact I do not have the Snap on device because it did not fit and was not properly designed form my mouth. Based upon poor quality of device and the totally unreasonable personnel in the billing department I would definitely not recommend Advanced Family Dentistry to anyone else
