About Front Desk: Lisa is wonderful when it comes to booking an appointment around my busy schedule. I've found if you are willing to book your cleans a 6 months out (or more) there is more flexibility. In exchange, I never cancle or miss my appointments.

About Hygienist: Every time I go I have a different hygienist. Hard to rate them all but in general they know their job, do it well, but some have a softer touch than others.
