My family and I have been Dr Lopez's patients ever since my children were toddlers. They are grown adults now, but neither we nor they will ever go anywhere else! Collectively, we have had a few successful procedures done over the years, and I must confess that we couldn't have asked for a better doctor, not only because of her skill and knowledge (she teaches at the local dental schools), but also because of what my husband describes as her "humble yet forthcoming" bedside manner. Please be aware that her new patient waiting list is typically long, and therefore you might have to wait for an appoinment. However, I personally attribute that to the experience of deep relaxation that one gets while getting dental work done. (I never felt that with any other dentist). If you live in the area and are looking for a long-term family dentist do yourself a favor, and try her out! You won't be disappointed!

About Hygienist: I would recommend either Aileen or Ann. They both have a nice personality, explain everything, care about getting it exactly right, and have "great hands". (Ann actually happens to be a young dentist who works there on Saturdays, which is quite convenient).
