I also went to this dentist for 22 years and it was the worst mistake of my life. The five star review must be from someone in office because if the person was a patient for 27 years DR. David illes would not have done their braces because he did not do orthodontic work at that time. He did do veneers on my teeth but he prepped for crowns rather than veneers causing tooth decay and eventually loss of the teeth. When confronted with the issue he was not sympathetic at all and never even apologized for the tooth loss. Please go to someone that is more knowledgable about procedures. Read reviews carefully! This is not a cosmetic dentist there are several people I know that had horrible experiences at this office. Once you lose a tooth there is no going back and a dentist should never do work on teeth and remove tooth structure on healthy teeth!
About Front Desk: Ilene is very rude. Customer service training is definitely lacking in this office.
