The billing practices are unethical. It is evident the only concern is money at this practice. I asked the receptionist to send me a bill and she did not. When I asked if she could email a statement to me she said she would and never did. She admitted the insurance company did not process the claim correctly. I had a cleaning in October. Again, I never received a statement. I did however, call and ask Linda back in November to send me a bill so I could see what was covered. I will never return to this practice! I work for a physicians office and we would never treat patients this way. I asked to speak with the doctor and the receptionist refused. I would gladly pay for services rendered, however having money taken from my account without knowledge or receiving any type of bill is fraud. What a terrible experience. I know a lot of patients and doctors in the community and I will be letting them know about my experience at Cornerstone Dental.
