I was charged over 20,000 dollars for a bridge for which i had to pay for in advance. I was assured that my this would be made to my satisfaction, however when i received it, it was not what i expected. Upon telling Dr. Reilly, he informed me that i would have to pay an additional 1900 dollars, he called a lab fee. I feel
that this was unethical to say the least and not patient friendly. I
cannot recommend this dentist to anyone, my entire experience
was unsatisfactory. Also, during the surgical portion of my treatment, i did not receive one phone call regarding how i was healing or to express any concern, it was all about getting my money. April M Davidson.
