Both my Wife and I went to Dr. Stanley R. Beard, DMD on the same day. Dr. Beard was extremely unprofessional and rude. The office overcharged us for X-Rays we did not need even though they informed us before we visited them that we did not need the X-Rays. When we arrived at the office - they refused to treat us unless we purchased additional X-Rays. During our visit, Dr. Beard recommended services for my Wife that she did not need at all totaling $357. He then insulted her by saying her mouth doesn't close properly due to the misalignment of her teeth which is not true. He insulted me by questioning the integrity of my veneers which were placed by a much more highly accredited and qualified dentist than himself. Overall I would not recommend Dr. Beard to do dental work on the family pet - much less as a cosmetic dentist.

About Front Desk: One star for lying about needing X-rays, overcharging us, being downright rude and hostile during our visit, and then refusing to give us our unnecessary X-rays that we paid for.

About Hygienist: One star for lying about Dr. Beard's qualifications and credentials (Claimed that he was a Fellow with the AACD when he is only a General Member), not being able to read bitewing X-rays / tooth numbering chart, and finally for suggesting services to my Wife that she does not want or need.
