unclear about cost of services, no billing procedure that clearly lists procedures and their costs, poor follow up, badly fitted caps. He seems to insist on the necessity of the most expensive services and treatments. (i.e. ceramic caps.) Removed my old cap with a hammer!
extremely painful root scaling that developed into an infection. I had to insist on antibiotics. I think this dentist is not skilled, and is out to make a lot of money.
About Front Desk: excellent kind, and did follow-up after procedures. Has very little knowledge about insurance.
About Hygienist: The hygienist is the front desk staff. she is rushed and overworked.
