The quality of his work is poor and he's not upfront about all the additional costs that show up later. I am so much happier now that I've found a different dentist that is good, honest, and much more reasonably priced.
One example that I'll mention here is when I had a cracked tooth and Dr. Dean first put a temporary crown there. Well it was very painful the whole time the temporary crown was on which should have been a sign that a root canal was needed, but he went ahead and put the permanent crown on, which was extremely painful, even with a shot of Novocain. So then I had to get a root canal and that dentist drilled through the crown. Fortunately that solved the problem with the pain until an infection developed and I had to get the tooth pulled.
This is only one of several examples of Dr. Dean's inferior work that I'll describe here. I am much happier with another dentist and I hope others won't have to learn that the hard way, like I did.
