I refuse to see Gerardi & Moore any longer. I only had one minor dental repair problem that is not worth mentioning but the service leaves something to be desired. I work out of town so it is very imprtant to keep my appoinments. After having an appointment scheduled for nine months Patti (front desk) called to reschedule the day before my appt. After discussing this with Patti she would try to keep the appt. and call me back. Patti kept the appt. but did not call back to let me know this. Also my husband has been rescheduled half a dozen times(also scheduled for six months in advance each time). It is hard enough getting a man to even see a dentist. My husband was rescheduled once because Gerardi had to go on an annual flyfishing trip. When a date was given to reschedule it was three months later. 1) If it is annual why was it scheduled in the first place. 2) I would think that this is one of the reasons for having a partner. 3) Shouldn't there be enough space in their schedule to reschedule sooner than three months if the boss knew he was leaving anytime in advance. Who's fault is this overbooking Gherardi or Patti? By the way don't even try to discuss the bill with her.
