Dr Featherstone installed 2 brand new crowns, dispite my complaints of pain even the day before the new expensive crown installation he insited nothing was wrong. Then 1 week later he sends me to get a root canal, and now my brand new expensive crown has been drilled out and needed to be replaced, I was not happy about this, he said he was going to give me a refund - then a inapprate phone call at 10pm, emails, and phone messages. Dr Featherstone really made a costly mistake and it caused a health issue for me, I do not have dental insurance so this was 100% out of my savings account
