About Front Desk: Visited both locations(because of my schedule). The staff is always friendly, professional, very helpful with the questions about billing/insurance. My appointments are always on time. The front desk is very accommodating if my appointment needed to be rescheduled. The front desk is following up on me with the phone calls(appointments or after the procedures).

About Hygienist: Madonna is my favorite! Highly recommend! Never felt any pain and I am always taking naps during the procedures!!!! Professional, highly knowledgeable, gentle, perfectionist. Excellent results, very happy.
