About Front Desk: Front staff was good until about a year ago. My last visit the scheduler was rude telling me I didn't even have a cleaning appointment. Another patient in the sitting room overheard and actually gave up her time so I could get in. After going to this office for 8 years, spending the amount of money I had there, I would think they would have been more accommodating but I felt like they could have cared less whether I got in or not. It was strange. I don't know what's going on over there. I certainly felt like they could have cared less in the end.

About Hygienist: I also discovered my implants were not being cleaned well. There was only 1 hygienist that appeared to know how to clean and it was difficult to get an appointment with that one. tSome times the hygienist would only have me in the seat 10 minutes and charge like I had a major cleaning. Only once did I feel I got a decent cleaning in 8 years. I discovered later how harmful that was as well.
