Don't go to this dentist!
She has no concept of how much pain she subjects her patients to. The time waiting, after being injected with Novacaine (or it's derivative) is so long, the effect has worn off by the time she starts drilling. She does not answer emergency messages and "forgets" to schedule appointments that she says she will.
The front desk help and the hygienists are TREMENDOUS, but what's the benefit if the dentist is awful?
