Great Dentist. I researched and decided on him. He is nice, explains things to you and does great work. I could probably be described as a "difficult" patient and Dr. Densley has such a nice calming way about him. He extracted all 10 of my upper teeth and inserted a denture right away. I kind of freaked because I did not like the denture and he fixed it and even sat with me a bit and talked to me. I know that I will be a patient of his for a very long time.
I originally went to his Valley View office and had an issue with the receptionist, Emmy who was was pretty obnoxious and actually gave me and other patients wrong information. She was going around from room to room trying to dictate what dental work would be done while others waited in the waiting room. It was strange. It was so bad that I was walking out because I would not feel comfortable with Emmy handling my records. Dr Densley interceded, got right on his cell phone and called his Henderson office and scheduled an appointment for me.
If you do go, I would recommend calling the Henderson office and talking with Anna and Lori. They are so nice, professional and an even deal with difficult patient like me. They fully explain what is going to happen and are super.
