Staff made impression for denture, had to be redone. Finally doctor had to redo it himself. Went back several times, never satisfied with denture fit. Could not make it right. After two years they lost my files and are trying to collect as if they were never paid. I had good insurance and kept my receipts. The staff is always turning over in this office. Unorganized!
