Dr Koot has been very thorough/successful in ALL my treatments!
And he has been very fair on costs!
In fact, when the new Phillip Sonic Care was selling at Target for $190, Dr. Koot sold me one for just $155! And I particularly love his "banter" and his wonderful staff! :)
