About Front Desk: Janet Heinz, Dr. Thompson's Office Manager is amazing at multi-tasking.. She is extremely professional and efficient. Janet is accommodating, polite, and always has a smile on her face, in the midst of a very busy work day.....greeting patients, answering phones, scheduling appointments, and dealing with insurance carriers. Janet is awesome!!! Also, Shauna, Dr. Thompson's Dental Assistant, is very polite, keeps the pace with Dr. T, and is very detailed oriented. She is a very hard worker, and is very professional. Dr. Thompson is surrounded by an office staff who compliment him to perfection.
About Hygienist: I have known Jamie, the Dental Hygienist for a year now. She is very thorough, professional, kind, and gentle. She has a special way of making patients feel at ease when she is cleaning teeth. She is a doll.
