do not trust..adds charges other than those quoted before the procedure, even though no additional work was done. the recetionist submitted charges to the insurance company even though i already paid the full amount agreed upon, i think theycoded the charges to the insurance so that the insurance paid nothing on the x rays but did pay on an "examination" charge, which was never dislosed to me before the procedure or even after when i paid the full amount! i believe the billing person submitted those charges instead of the correct x ray charges so they would not have to reimburse me any of the insurance money they received over and above the initial agreed upon charges which i paid in full right after the procedure. after all that, they sent me a bill for the part of the undisclosed (to me) examination charges that the insurance did not pay. she agreed to waive the bill sent to me, but no apology for the undisclosed charges she submitted or why i received no credit for the xrays my insurance told me would be largely covered.
About Front Desk: distrust the financial person as detailed. never had this experience with dentist in all my years and i have never not paid a bill in full that was agreed upon beforehand.
