Cost:
Filling of a simple cavity which evolved into a need for a crown. Later charged me for a temporary filling that promptly fell out. Support staff does not appear to be able to provide accurate information with respect to insurance coverage and costs. I was hit with an unexpected $400 in costs as a result of this. I cannot recommend this practice. Dr. Cummings appears to be more interested in making money than in providing quality care.
