Dr. Fischer is an excellent dentist however his reception staff are incompetent. They had called me about an appointment for my father for the next day and I had said that he would take it but they would not allow it. They said they would keep the appointment open for him but he had to call back to confirm by 8 o'clock the next day. That is exactly what he did, but nobody had answered the phone so he left a message. Then he called again at 8 o'clock exactly, it turned out the office wasn't open at that time. He called again at 9 and the staff told them that the appointment was already taken. My father wasted a whole day simply because the secretary would not allow for me to schedule an appointment for him and when he followed their directions, they did not keep their promise of keeping the appointment for him.
