I took my 12 year old to Dr. Weistein- although we had another family dentist. Our family dentist, however was unwilling to do a root canal to try to save a tooth and recommended pulling it- with novicaine only- which terrified my 12 year old. Dr. Weistein looked at the tooth, and recommended a specialist as he believed the tooth could be saved- and he was right. My daughter was completely terrified about having her tooth pulled, but Dr. Weinstein took the time to speak directly to her, and she relaxed. We have since changed dentists to Dr. Weinstein. I find his compassion and patience equal to his competence, in which I have complete trust.
