I have known Dr. Kleinman for approximately 15 years at the point that I am writing this. I came upon this web site while checking out a periodontist on my current dental plan. I jumped at the chance to write this review of Dr. Kleinman. I am completely happy with him, his work and his staff. I am a very particular person with high standards. My family had a dentist when I was a child that did NOT provide good service. As a young adult I wanted better for myself and requested referals from all of the people working at my place of employ (a midtown law firm). As it turns out, Dr. Kleinman was enthusiatically referred to me by about 12 people I worked with. Having met him, and been his patient all these years, I can happily say the glowing references I received about him were completely true. And his staff - well, they share his view of customer care and service, and professional standards that are the absolute tops! No one "wants" to go to a dentist, but Dr. Kleinman and staff make it as easy as possible and really really care. I give them top ratings and will stick with his service.
