I went to Dr.Peretta years ago for removal of a wisdom tooth and a lower molar crown. Both treatments were painless, quick and without any complications. Although I know many people besides myself, who have had similar success with Dr. P., (including family members), I think I took his work for granted. He does everything so easily. Recently, I went to a well known peridontist located in Manhattan because of a gum condition. I had a partially broken tooth and the peridontist recommended I have it fixed there. Even though the cost was very high, I decided to go there. The dentist was rough, caused much pain and, at the end, the crown was not fitted properly and had to be redone! Thank goodness for Dr. Peretta who painlessly corrected the problem. Dr. Peretta is a perfectionist and a fine craftsman besides being an excellent dentist. He takes great pride in his work. He uses the finest materials available. I really think I thought any dentist could put on a crown--not so. I think I took his fine work for granted. Not anymore. I cannot recommend Dr. Peretta too highly.
About Hygienist: I have not visited the new hygienist yet but I am certain that Dr. Peretta would not permit anyone who is not more that capable to work in his office.
