We have used Dr irwin for sometime and the quality of patient care has slid so drastically, most notably in his sensitivity (or lack there of). In our most recent visit, with our 7 yr old son who needed two baby teeth extracted, the man first regaled us with a story about an athlete who tried to to sneak in his ex-wife's house to put the tooth fairy's money under the pillow and then proceed to be arrested for spouse abuse while he was there. Then, complained more than once about the woman he had for two hours and how difficult it was with her teeth. All this IN FRONT OF A 7YR OLD! We will NEVER go back and will NEVER recommend this "dentist." There are better family dentists out there and that's where we'll be looking.
