Most incompetent staff on the planet! I waited in the dentist chair for over an hour for a cleaning! Then they said I needed substantial work done and told me they would send my treatment plan to my insurance company to get an estimate on out-of-pocket expenses. When I received the paperwork from the insurance company in the mail it was confusing so I called and was transferred to their 'insurance expert.' She told me not to worry, that I would only pay maxium $600 out of pocket for everything. When I left the office on my last appointment I was told I owed over $2100 just for work to date (not the 4 fillings fixed in the appointment I was there for)!!! It was a week before Christmas and all they could say was that they were really sorry and the lady I had talked to was apparently not the 'insurance expert' that I was told she was. I am going to sue. Don't go there!!!!!!
